allchat system fields

System fields are fields created by allchat that allow you to access a lot of contact data that is automatically saved by the bot

allchat has many system fields, and not all system fields are visible when you build your bot. If you use a system field in your bot, even if the system field is not visible in the list of available fields, it works.

Facebook/Instagram auto comment fields

{{total_new_tagged}}  : The number of users not in your contact list who were tagged in a response. Works only on Facebook

{{last_fb_comment}}  : The text of a user’s last comment.
{{last_post_id}}  : The post ID of the last post the user responded to.

Location fields:

The system field is not visible; How to use it?

You won’t see suggestions for any of the above fields in the flow builder. If you want to send the data to Google Sheets or any similar built-in integration and you don’t see the system field in the list, you can create a custom field and pass the system field value to your custom field using the Set Custom Field  action  .
